Pinch Pleat drapery

Enhancing space With Classic Form and Detail

The construction of pinch pleat drapery, known for its structured, tailored pleats, creates a classic and refined aesthetic. The carefully crafted pleats generate a defined, elegant drape, adding a sense of formality and sophistication to any space.

Pinch pleat drapery excels in its ability to provide a polished, custom look, enhancing the visual appeal of a room with its precise, structured folds. This design also offers versatile light control, ranging from sheer to blackout, while maintaining an elegant drape. And, with a range of fabric weights and textures, these draperies elevate the interior design of any room, both from the inside and outside perspectives.

NY City Blinds provides pinch pleat drapery with various pleat styles and fullness options, allowing for customization of the drape and light control. We also offer blackout-lined pinch pleat drapery, ideal for bedrooms and formal living areas, promoting both privacy and a sophisticated atmosphere.

Specialty pinch pleat drapery with unique fabric embellishments and hardware options are also available for maximum design impact, particularly beneficial in spaces seeking a traditional and refined look.

WHAT PINCH PLEATED CURTAINS SHOULD I CHOOSE FOR MY HOME?

There are so many options available and it can get a bit overwhelming to choose the right style for you. That’s where the experts at NYC blinds come in! We’re trained designers and professionals that will install the best option for you. We’ll balance aesthetics and functionality to help you get the best match. Check out the different options we have: Soft Top Pleats, Euro Pleats, Two-Pinch Pleats, Three-Pinch Pleats, and more.

SOFT TOP PLEATS

These drapes don’t have pleats. They’re sleek and modern and easy to slide.

EURO PLEATS

Euro Pleat Drapes are open at the bottom and pinched on top. A super modern, stylish solution for any home.

THREE-PINCH PLEATS

Also known as three-finger pinch pleats, these are the most common. Being pinched together in 3s, these drapes are the most open of all pleated curtains.

TWO-PINCH PLEATS

Also known as double pleats. They use less fabric so they’re more affordable – yet classic and stylish.

ALTERNATIVES TO PINCH PLEAT DRAPES BY NY CITY BLINDS

If you’re looking for something different (as pinch pleat drapes can be pretty common), pencil pleat drapes are a great alternative. Their style is timeless and will never go out of style. They’re called pencil pleat curtains because they look like a row of pencils. Another good choice would be eyelet curtains, which have metal eye holes threaded on a pole. This is a bit more modern looking and has broad, standardized uniform pleats from top to bottom.
