MOTORIZED SHADES
Motorized Shades are a modern solution to an ancient problem. Use a remote to control the opening and closing of light coming through into your house with motorized window shades.
MOTORIZED DRAPES
Say goodbye to cords and strings that get tangled or are unreachable- motorized drapes operate with remote control, a wireless wall switch, or digitally from a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
MOTORIZED BLINDS
Smart shades can extend, retract and tilt automatically which is super useful over time. Imagine the amount of time you’ll save over a couple of decades not needing to bother reaching for your blinds every day!
MOTORIZED SKYLIGHTS
Are you sick and tired of getting up time after time each day to adjust your window shades to the changing light of day and night?

MOTORIZED WINDOW TREATMENTS
FOR NYC HOMES
Motorized window treatments are a modern and convenient solution for controlling the amount of light and privacy in your home. These treatments use electronic motors to open and close blinds, shades, curtains and drapes with just the touch of the button. They offer an easy way to adjust the level of natural light and privacy in any room, and can also be programmed to operate on a schedule or integrate with smart home systems. Motorized window treatments are available in a variety of styles, materials and colors to suit any decor or functional need. They are ideal for hard-to-reach windows, high ceilings and people with mobility issues. Schedules can also lower your shades during the brightest hours to manage glare and direct sun. Overall, they are sleek and sophisticated way to elevate your home’s interior design while providing effortless control over your living space.
